Frequently asked questions
These are the questions we are asked most, before and after a first order. If yours is not here, open a ticket from your account and someone will answer it.
Before you order
A self-serve panel for followers, likes, views and comments on fifteen networks, from Instagram and TikTok to LinkedIn, Telegram and Kwai. You add credit, choose a service and paste a public link; each order then shows its own progress.
No, never. Every order runs from a public link or username. Anyone asking for a password or login code in our name is not us.
No. Every network's terms forbid bought engagement, and each can remove numbers or restrict an account without warning. We cannot reverse what a network decides, so weigh that before ordering for an account that matters to your income.
Refill means lost units are topped up free during the stated window. Partial means delivery stopped short and the undelivered value went back to your balance. Remains is the number still to be delivered on a running order.
Yes. Your account holds an API key, and the API page explains how to add orders, check their status, request refills and read your balance. API orders cost the same as orders placed on the website.
Delivery and drops
We send it to the supplying server straight away, and that server sets the start time. The recent orders time on each service is a guide taken from the latest orders, not a promise.
Networks remove accounts they flag, sometimes weeks later, and whatever those accounts added goes with them. On a service with a refill window, use the refill button on the order. Drops on a service without refill are not refunded.
Wait a day. Statuses update on a schedule, so a row can sit unchanged for hours while delivery is under way. If nothing has moved after 24 hours, open a ticket with the order number.
Only on services marked cancellable, and only before delivery begins; the charge then returns to your balance. Anything already delivered to a link stays there, so a mistyped link cannot be refunded.
Yes, for the whole delivery. Going private, deleting the post or changing the username halts it, and an order halted that way is not refunded.
Payment and your balance
$10 of credit, plus the card processing fee, which is shown as a separate line before you pay. Many services cost well under a dollar, so one top-up covers several orders.
By card, through Stripe's checkout. A receipt is emailed for your records. We do not accept crypto or bank transfers.
No. Credit stays on your account until you spend it. Money from partial or cancelled orders is added to it automatically.
No, credit is for orders here. Our refund policy describes the single exception: an account we shut down although its owner kept to our terms.
